Automated slitting complex RM-4 (РМ-4)
The slitting complex is intended for cutting the concrete masses into blocks. It provides for U-shaped blocks 200mm, 250mm, 300mm or 400mm wide, blocks with T-slots, handles. It also cuts the top crust automatically.
Block of weight batchers for 3 components (0,86 m³) (cement, sand, water)
The block of batchers is necessary for precise weighing the components in required proportions. It provides for high-precision weighing and, consequently, high quality of products in every batch.
Pusher control panel
The pusher control panel provides for smooth operation of the electrical-mechanical pusher and its correct working algorithm.
Mold sides (2,4×0,6×0,6 m for 24 gas-concrete blocks) (set)
The sides of the slip mold at the conveyor are made with high-precision laser slitting and provide for specific impermeability when assembled. With this set of sides, the mold can get ready for filling in 2-3 minutes after the finished products are removed from the mold base. The set provides for filling 24 blocks of standard dimensions 20х30х60 cm.
Shaking sieve ASM-vibro (АСМ-Вибро)
It is intended for cleaning the bulk materials (sand, etc) from coarse fractions. It is essential when producing gas-concrete applying mechanical slitting. Coarse fractions in the mass may hinder getting an even slit when it is cut in blocks.
Return rail track
The return rail track is used to return the cart with mold sides to the filling site.
Belt conveyor with ribbing (6m)
The belt conveyor transports bulk materials: sand, coarse sand, road stone, recrement, coal etc., along horizontal, leaning or combined routs. It is mostly applied in automation of batchers.
The penetrometer (plastomer) defines the plastic strength of the gas-concrete mass and if it is ready for slitting. Its basic principle lies in the property of the concrete mixture to withstand the cone penetration.
The transfer cart of the conveyor removes the mold bases between the two parallel railways.
Transfer rail track
The system of mold transfer within the conveyor consists mostly of major rail tracks and rail tracks for transfer carts. As a rule, they start assembling the line with this part.

Mobile mold bases of the conveyor provide for highly practical mode of production sinvce the major hubs are located stationary: the mixing unit, the slitting unit or the warming chamber.
Big-bag discharge system
The big-bag discharge system is a simple solution for batching and dumping cement. It is equipped with special knives for ripping and can be well applied for discharging cement from BIG BAGS.

Sieve for pouring mixture into the mold
The sieve is applied to prevent the grease on the sides from being washed off at pouring the gas concrete mixture into the mold. It also prevents coarse fractions contained in sand from getting into the mold
The suspension mixer is necessary to prepare the gasifier which is usually aluminum powder. It is attached to the support rack of the block of dosing units or the skip hoist.
Mixer-activator (0,86 m³)
The mixer is intended to prepare the gas-concrete mixture, with a consistency of 400 - 800 kg/m3 out of cement, sand and water followed by pouring it into molds (to produce blocks).
The mixer can be operated stationary in a workshop under moderate temperature conditions due to GOST 15150-69 and cannot be operated at construction sites.
The electrical-mechanical pusher smoothly moves the molds in the conveyor. Smooth moving is its key feature as it provides for following the requirements of the technological regulations when producing non-autoclave gas-concrete.
Electrical-mechanical double pusher
The electrical-mechanical double pusher smoothly moves the molds by turns into two warming chambers of the conveyor with complete automation. Upon request it may also be installed considering the layout of the line hubs and the room size.
Lifting screw for cement (Ø159 mm\5000 mm)
The lifting screw transporters were designed for transporting and lifting dust-like or grainy bulk materials. In gas-concrete production, it is mostly used in the automation of the dosing system. The parameters of the lifting screw are always special due to the line productivity and distance between the cement silo and the dosing unit.
A conveyor type aerocrete production plant with capacity for 200 m³ per day. The plant consists of a stationary mixer with a block of weighing hoppers and water reservoir, movable moulds on rail conveyor line, and automatic cutting machine with digital control. The processes of weighing, and mixing of components, and cutting the wet aerocrete mass to bricks are controlled by the digital control system, that reduces the wasting of time.
