Receiving silo with the slide gate
The feedstock from the disintegrator goes to the receiving silo and then into the unloading mixing screw.
Comminuting- disintegrating machine «Udarnik 33»
«Udarnik 33» is equipped with two electrical engines, the capacity is 15 and 18 kW and is intended for comminuting a wide range of bulk materials of various origin with hardness index to 7 units by Moos on-scale. The biggest original fraction is under 12 mm and the material moisture is under 6%. The disintegrator mode is an intermittent rating of short duration. After an hour of continuous operation, the disintegrator needs to stop and start again only in an hour.
Kit of disks with fingers for the Disintegrator
Disintegration is based on the free-kick principle. Both disks are rotating in contrary directions and have kicking items on their surfaces which resemble fingers, arranged in 2-4 rows like a circle. The disks are opposing each other so that the fingers of one disk fit the spaces between the fingers of the second disk.

It is a metal construction to support the control panel.

The loading funnel is intended to unload the soft containers like “Big Bag” with dry bulk materials and mixtures of fine and coarse fractions, such as cement, plaster, sand, crushed stone, grains of polystyrene agitating (ПСВ-С (PSV-S)) etc. for their further application in production or feeding into the buffer storage and storage containers. Bags of 400-2000 kg i.e. disposable or reusable soft containers.
