Comminuting- disintegrating machine «Udarnik 18»
«Udarnik 18» is equipped with two electrical engines, the capacity being 7,5 and 10,5 kW and is intended for comminuting a wide range of bulk materials of various origin with hardness index to 7 units by Moos on-scale. The biggest original fraction is under 12 mm and the material moisture is under 6%. The disintegrator mode is an intermittent rating of short duration. After an hour of continuous operation, the disintegrator needs to stop and start again only in an hour.

Kit of disks with fingers for the Disintegrator
Disintegration is based on the free-kick principle. Both disks are rotating in contrary directions and have kicking items on their surfaces which resemble fingers, arranged in 2-4 rows like a circle. The disks are opposing each other so that the fingers of one disk fit the spaces between the fingers of the second disk.
